Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Input area information
- Input SKU codes
- Check pricing of items
- Resolve orders with incomplete information such as address, contact number etc.
- Manage incomplete orders
- After sales / All customers concerns
- Answer all concerns after noted spiels
- Manage conversational notes (per client request)
- Maintain customer relationship
- Help/Assist rescheduled parcels by the customers
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Jr. Highschool/Senior Highschool and undergraduate
- Computer Literate (35wpm)
- Pure Tagalog
- With shifting schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php13,500.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
