Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Your main duties will include maintaining system functionality, creating custom reports and dashboards, managing user accounts and permissions, and providing technical support to our sales and marketing teams.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce platform functionality and user access
- Create and customize reports, dashboards, and workflows based on business requirements
- Provide technical assistance and support to Salesforce users
- Identify and implement system enhancements and improvements
- Train and onboard new Salesforce users
