Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
- Support project execution and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to team members.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
- Help identify and resolve project challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 2+ years in software engineering
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Effective team player with technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant cloud certifications or advanced training are a plus
