Job Description
- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent data.
- Correcting errors and organizing information efficiently for accurate capturing.
- Creating precise spreadsheets and updating databases.
- Ensuring data backup and informing relevant parties of any errors.
- Storing hard copies of data systematically for easy retrieval.
- Handling varied duties as required.
- Experience in using SAP system is essential.
