Job Description
As a SAP Encoder, your main responsibility will be to accurately input and maintain data in the SAP system. This includes encoding various types of information such as sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
In addition to data entry, you will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of information, resolving any discrepancies, and coordinating with other departments to obtain missing data or clarify any unclear information. Strong communication skills are therefore essential.
Proficiency in using SAP software is a must for this position. You should also have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and be able to work comfortably with numbers. Previous experience as a data encoder or in a similar role is preferred.
