Job Description
Duties & Tasks Performed:
- Receiving
- Checking completeness of Delivery documents before unloading materials
- System transaction of received materials from Supplier
- Updating and maintaining Receiving Report
- Monitoring system-generated reference/documents
- Creating system-generated documents for put-away activity
- Preparing and monitoring materials for sampling
- Checking unencoded materials from previous days
Dispatch
- Reporting material status to Client production personnel
- System transaction of requested materials by Client
- Preparing Dispatch documents per order
- Validating picked materials with actual inventory
- Updating and maintaining Order Tracking Report
Receiving & Dispatch
- Handling queries from Clients and Suppliers
- Effective communication and work under pressure
- Filing received and dispatch documents
- Conducting weekly cycle count inventories
- Maintaining office cleanliness and safety guidelines
