Job Description
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the support for SAP FICO
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
Facilitate meetings/workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs
Design, customize, configure, and test FICO
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days WFH); mid-shift
Must have a stable internet connection at home
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php70,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
