Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strong background in ERP, SAP, or PeopleSoft with minimum of 1 year of ERP Technical Support experience.
- Experience writing new and troubleshooting existing SQL for a widely used relational database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase).
- Strong development and problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to any audience.
- Strong customer service skills and orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A team player with a strong desire to learn new things.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Knowledge of or any level of experience in supporting a GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) application or system is a major.
