Job Description
We are looking for SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team in Taguig.
- Job title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

- Work set-up: Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite
- Work schedule: Mid-shift

Non-negotiable skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience in performance/ASR/STI modules.
- Expertise in topics related to performance campaigns, ASR & STI in SuccessFactors, both support topics involving ticketing in ServiceNow and analysis and response to enhancement requests.
Required Knowledge:
- Performance and reward business processes (performance campaign, ASR/STI, and LTI).
- SuccessFactors: knowledge of performance/ASR/STI modules.
- The need here is for a true expert in SF Performance and Reward.
- Expertise in topics related to performance campaigns, ASR & STI in SuccessFactors, both support topics involving ticketing in ServiceNow and analysis and response to enhancement requests.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 10 Years experience with several end-to-end implementation projects.
Skills required: Analytical Thinking, Data Analysis, Detail-oriented
