Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team. As a consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in implementing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors software suite, which includes modules such as Performance Management, Employee Central, Compensation, Learning Management, and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors system to align with clients’ HR processes.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with the technical team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
