Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of SAP SuccessFactors Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring its effective usage across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient HR processes within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
- Configure and test the system to meet business needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any system-related issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in SAP technology, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of the system.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors, including workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a plus.
