Job Description
The SAQ Officer manages the administration and integrity of self-assessment questionnaires to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing SAQ responses, coordinating cross-departmental input, identifying and analyzing risk gaps, and recommending corrective actions. The role supports internal and external audits, prepares concise reports, and implements process improvements to reduce compliance risk. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, knowledge of applicable compliance frameworks, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience with audit or quality assurance processes. Proficiency with data-tracking tools and report preparation is preferred.
