Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and negotiate commercial leases
- Prepare permitting applications and negotiate with local government
- Analyze ownership documents of lessors
- Negotiate with lot owners and secure lease documents
- Troubleshoot site challenges
- Monitor site acquisition progress
- Ensure daily efficiency
- Plan and execute achievable strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
