Job Description
The Scan Agent is responsible for sorting, batching, and timely processing of documents to meet compliance requirements.
- STATEMENT OF DUTIES
1. Sort and batch documents for various destinations.
2. Arrange documents in sequence and remove staples.
3. Ensure completeness and clarity of shipping documents.
4. Perform document batching with maximum 50 pages per batch.
5. Meet scanning performance targets for different destinations.
6. Transmit scanned documents to the system.
7. Input AWB information and file documents.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- Computer literate.
Job Type: Fixed term, Contract length: 6 months.
Pay: Php13,105.00 per month.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
- Overtime and rotational shift.
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary.
- Overtime pay.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carmona, Cavite: Must reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred).
Experience:
- Scan Agent: 1 year (Required).
