Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Scheduling Specialist. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for our team members, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain schedules for team members, considering workload, availability, and business priorities.
- Communicate and coordinate schedule changes with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and track schedule adherence, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in scheduling or workforce management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
