Job Description
This position involves delivering consistent HR administrative support to the specific facility/factory within the Philippine business in the areas of Employee relations and services, benefits administration, recruitment, and induction processes.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess an ongoing Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Can render at least 3 months in internship.
- Computer literate in MS Office applications.
- Detail-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
- Excellent business ethics and integrity.
- High confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.
- Demonstrates flexibility in style to meet the requirements of a multi-cultural position.
- Successful candidates will report to Rosario, Cavite.
