Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCM Engineer/Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies to optimize our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance our supply chain efficiency.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing SCM systems and processes to streamline our supply chain operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs
- Identifying and evaluating SCM technology solutions and recommending the most suitable tools and systems
- Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing best practices and standard operating procedures for SCM
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects
- Providing training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of SCM systems
