Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated ScreenConnect Representative to join our team. As a ScreenConnect Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting customers with any issues they may encounter while using our ScreenConnect software.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. The ability to problem-solve and work independently is crucial for success in this position.
