Job Description
A Scrum Master plays a vital role in Agile software development, ensuring the team works efficiently and delivers high-quality products. Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum practices, removing obstacles, and promoting continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate possesses deep Agile knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate team members. Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred, along with relevant prior experience.
