Job Description
A Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating and coaching agile development teams to improve efficiency and productivity. They are an essential part of the Scrum framework, ensuring that teams understand and adhere to the agile principles and practices.
The primary responsibilities of a Scrum Master include:
- Guiding the team in self-organizing and cross-functional collaboration
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum values
- Removing obstacles or impediments to team progress
- Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile methodologies
