Job Description
The Scrum of Scrum Master is a vital role in the agile software development process. As a Scrum of Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple Scrum teams, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring that overall project goals are met.
You will lead the Scrum of Scrum meetings, where representatives from each team provide updates and work together to resolve inter-team dependencies. Additionally, you will coach and mentor individual Scrum Masters to improve team performance and adherence to agile principles.
Successful candidates should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. Prior experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role is preferred.
