Job Description
Hire Hangar seeks an experienced SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives and own the outbound operations backbone. You will coach SDRs to achieve outreach and meeting targets, design scalable workflows, and maintain automations using HubSpot, Zapier, and GoHighLevel. Responsibilities include ensuring CRM hygiene, managing lead routing, sequences, and reporting, and building performance dashboards in Excel. You will continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and KPIs while collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing.
Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in SDR leadership or SDR operations, strong technical aptitude, an analytical mindset, and a process-oriented approach to scaling outbound motion.
