Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a SEA Cluster Digital & Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital and marketing operations across multiple countries in the Southeast Asia region.
As the Digital & Marketing Operations Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and content marketing
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and assets for digital campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize digital marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and operations
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth
