Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Specialist II to deliver exceptional service during peak periods. Responsibilities include handling inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries; resolving customer concerns; processing orders and returns; and escalating complex issues as needed. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, effective problem-solving skills, patience, and basic computer proficiency. This temporary role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, swift adoption of internal systems, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
