Job Description
- Handle administrative requests and queries of the department.
- Manage all contracts and agreements pertaining to clients’ services and develop systematic filing.
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and meeting minutes.
- Responsible for researching topics and data related to the department.
- Act as compliance and control for all department records and documents.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent in both oral and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must have a positive working attitude and be highly organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
