Job Description

  • Handle administrative requests and queries of the department.
  • Manage all contracts and agreements pertaining to clients’ services and develop systematic filing.
  • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for researching topics and data related to the department.
  • Act as compliance and control for all department records and documents.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent in both oral and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must have a positive working attitude and be highly organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
