Job Description
The Secretary is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Duties include prioritizing emails, gathering documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Valid Driver’s License
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide admin assistance
- Maintain records
- Organize meetings
- Manage executive calendar
