Job Description
1.) JOB KNOWLEDGE-Must have a good working knowledge of office management, file management, mail handling and correspondence, travel management, organizing the calendar of the Director, arranging meetings. Proficiency in the use of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows Mail/Outlook, Powerpoint, Email, Internet etc). Knowledge in Photoshop & Corel Draw is definitely an advantage. Knowledge in basic working operations like printer set-up, files search, virus scanning etc.
2.) SKILLS AND ABILITIES – Must have very good organizational and planning skills, the ability to MULTI-TASK in an office-management work situation. Ability to assess problems and develop realistic solutions, ability to communicate and coordinate at the highest levels of staff. Ability to handle sensitive matters.
3.) COMMUNICATION SKILLS – Level IV English fluency (both written and oral) is essential. Typing skill/ability of at least 75wpm.
