Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in office tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondences, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, preparing reports, and assisting senior staff as needed. The Secretary must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess a high level of discretion.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. A diploma in Office Administration or related field is preferred.
