Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary/Data Entry clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support and accurately input data into our systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Data entry excel worksheets
  • Preparing shipping documents in company program.
  • Perform data entry tasks by inputting text-based and numerical information into our database systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and information.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms as required.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, taking messages when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to Commute:

  • Davao City (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Davao City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
