Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to provide clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in our office located in Sta. Mesa, Manila.
Job Description:
- Possess a valid driver’s license (RS 1,2).
- Handle phone calls and redirect as necessary.
- Manage agendas and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence and reports.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Make travel arrangements and document expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Davao City (reliable commute or relocation required).
Experience Preferred: 1 year in Office Administration or as a Secretary. English proficiency is preferred.
