Job Description

A Secretary performs many administrative supports, organizational and customer service tasks to ensure the professionals they assist have all of the resources they need.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
  • Sitting in on meetings to take minutes.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and visitors.
  • Coordinates with the concerned officers, managers, and associates for the requirements.
  • Receives and arranges documents for the signature of the Executives according to priority.
  • Sets and confirms the schedule of meetings for the officers of the Executive Office.
  • Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Position Specifications:

  • College/Bachelor’s graduate, preferably Pol Sci major.
  • Preferably with Secretary experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
