Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes office guests; Serves food when necessary
- Performs general clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and organizing documents
- Answers phone calls, take messages, and handles correspondence (emails, letters, and packages)
- Manages calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes of the meetings
- Maintains and updates office databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitors and orders office supplies, ensuring the office is stocked and equipment are properly maintained
- Greets and assists visitors, providing a positive first impression and addressing their needs
- Assists with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Performs other administrative/clerical tasks required by the Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php645.00 per day
