Job Description
The Section Head for Procurement (Food and Beverages) is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the section. He/She supervises and monitors the implementation of the programs and activities of the Section. Primarily, he/she is also responsible for sourcing, canvassing, negotiating, and procurement of the required supplies, materials, equipment, and services in accordance with set standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM/ Food Technology/ Entrepreneurship/ Business Management/ Marketing
- At least 3 years work experience in purchasing, 2 years of which in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge in supply chain management; negotiation skills; With knowledge in import/export rules and regulations, taxation; management, leadership and interpersonal skills; Good English communication skills, Good presentation skills; computer literate
