Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual for the position of Securities Operations Representative. As a representative in our Account Transfers team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transfer of securities between accounts.
In this role, your responsibilities will include reviewing account transfer requests, verifying documentation and performing necessary checks to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external parties such as custodians and brokers to facilitate the transfer process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, as you will be required to investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the transfer process. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior experience in securities operations or account transfers is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate to ensure a smooth transition. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential in this fast-paced environment.
