Job Information

Job Description

• Become a subject matter expert on Alorica physical and information security controls and incident management.
• Supervise and manage security vendors.
• Monitor expenses for security and budget awareness.
• Create and review reports on security incidents.
• Document security incidents, root cause analysis, asset inventory, task checklists, and other related matters.
• Orally communicate security briefings and related training to internal business partners.
• Investigate fraud and misconduct.
• Collects and compiles metrics for Alorica Security and business reporting.
• Review, understand, and maintain security procedures, policy, standards, and process documents.
• Monitors, reviews, and coordinates efforts for ensuring adherence to regulatory and external requirements to provide input into audit and customer inquiries.
• Submit and manage security tickets related to the installation, repair, or decommission of security equipment.
• Participate in external (client) and internal audits.
• Review, maintain, and action physical and information security checklist to ensure compliance.
• Provide recommendations in tuning and optimization of security systems, security processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address security incidents.
• Coordinate security preparation and manage logistics for client and executive visits.
• Provides ad hoc security awareness advice to internal partners, when applicable.
• Understand, demonstrate, and educate stakeholders on the impact of security incidents.
• Liaison with local law enforcement and file fraud/misconduct reports, when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by the Alorica Security management.
