Job Description
Security Guard is mainly responsible for ensuring and maintaining safety within the building. Tasked with monitoring, checking, and verifying visitors entering and exiting the building. Controlling and preventing situations that may cause harm to guests, tenants, and residents.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct inspection, patrolling, and monitoring activities on the building.
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols.
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and incidents to management.
- Testing security systems and using communication devices effectively.
- Performing CPR or first aid when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Prior experience as Security Guard in residential settings.
- Security Guard license.
- Strong attention to details and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day & Night shifts, Overtime, Rotational shift.
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary, Commission pay, Overtime pay.
