Job Description
- Conducts investigations on fraud, theft, misconduct, policy violations, security-related issues, and workplace violence.
- Manages and prioritizes a diverse case load efficiently.
- Enters and documents security-related incidents in the internal system.
- Leads employee interviews for internal investigations.
- Documents all investigative activities in the case management system.
- Collaborates with stakeholders in the investigation process.
- Provides expertise and solutions for various security-related investigations.
- Analyzes internal reports to support investigation findings.
- Conducts security investigation training for internal partners.
- Promotes compliance with company policies and fosters a culture of integrity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
