Job Description
Provide Tier 2 technical support for global organization’s Information Security Team.
Resolve tickets, maintain security systems, and report compliance failures.
Shift schedules: APAC 6am-3pm, EMEA 2pm-11pm, WHEM 10pm-7am; Sun-Thurs/Mon-Fri.
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Experience assisting third-party vendors.
- Company-facing security audit experience.
- Audit principles knowledge.
- SOC and Technical Support background.
Nice to Haves:
- RSA Archer knowledge.
- CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CIA certified.
Non-Negotiable:
- 2-3 years of Security Operations experience.
- 2-3 years of Incident Response/Tech Support experience.
