Description
Responsible for overseeing the security operations command center, electronic security systems, and site emergency management. Managing electronic security systems including installation, maintenance, badge printing, while providing 24/7 oversight across all Carelon Philippines sites. Conducting investigations of incidents and responding to emergency calls. Leading evacuations during emergencies and handling external communications. Identifying and reporting incidents and activating business continuity plans. Collaborating with Global Security Operations Center and creating solutions through policy crafting. Managing Command Center, Badging, and Front Desk Officers. Hiring, training, and evaluating direct reports.
