Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Customer Relations Services Supervisor supervises Retail Affiliates and Joint Venture Stores (RA/JV) ensuring security functions align with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implement directives from the Customer Relations Services Manager.
- Supervise security guards and conduct random inspections.
- Monitor suspicious activities and respond to emergencies.
- Oversee CCTV operations and ensure system functionality.
- Conduct investigations on incidents and ensure data confidentiality.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 years in a Security Supervisory role.
- Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health.
- Knowledge of Physical Security trends and strong networking.
- Willingness to work at SM Lanang.
