Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Self-Pay Customer Service Representative at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation. In this role, you will engage in inbound and outbound calls with patients, resolve account balances, and manage medical billing systems.
Minimum qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience, preferred healthcare background, and at least 6 months with Epic billing modules. Onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and paid training. Evening shifts and weekend work are necessary.
