Job Description
Are you fluent in English and passionate about customer service? We are currently looking for a Seller Support Associate to join our team and provide assistance to our English-speaking Selling Partners. As a Seller Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping our Selling Partners succeed on our platform.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate support to Selling Partners via email, chat, and phone
- Resolving any issues they may face, including account-related inquiries, seller performance concerns, and product listing issues
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and professional assistance
- Collaborating with internal teams to address complex issues and escalate cases, if needed
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a similar role or e-commerce industry is a plus.
