Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a Selling Supervisor to oversee category profitability and manage daily selling operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-level customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service.
- Build category sales while ensuring safety and sanitation.
- Implement promotions accurately and on time.
- Supervise sales support staff and monitor performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or food establishments.
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift | Location: Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
