Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and directing selling activities and personnel to achieve sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to meet/exceed sales target
- Observe implementation of measures to control OPEX
- Ensure reduction of merchandise losses and improve profitability
- Monitor merchandise movement
- Maintain availability of essential items such as “Basic never out items”
- Provide training to staff to enhance performance and productivity
- Implement measures to reduce operational issues
Areas of expertise: Store Operations Procedure, Sales Analysis and Forecasting, Inventory Management, People Management & Client Relations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,00.00 per month
