Job Description
Walter Mart Supermarket is seeking a motivated Selling Supervisor to oversee category profitability and effective management of daily selling operations.
Duties:
- Manage customer service
- Achieve category sales, ensuring safety and sanitation
- Implement promotions promptly and accurately
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or food store management
