Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- With at least 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail or food establishments
- Has strong leadership skills, result-oriented and customer focus
- Has people management and interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Responsible for category profitability through category building and management of day to day selling operations
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotions
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment, supervise and monitor team performance
