Job Description
Job Role: Selling Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service
- Build category presence
- Achieve category sales targets
- Maintain 100% customer service level
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards
- Implement FEFO method
- Handle bad order management
- Execute promotions accurately and timely
- Update shelf tags
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 2 years experience as Asst. Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in food and retail
- Strong personality and leadership skills
