Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Selling Supervisor to oversee category profitability through effective management of daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure excellence.
- Drive and achieve sales targets while prioritizing safety and sanitation.
- Accurately and promptly implement promotional activities.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for designated categories.
- Supervise and support sales staff and merchandisers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or food service management.
- Willingness to work in Makiling, Calamba.
