Job Description
- Must be a graduate of HRM, Marketing, Operations, or any related courses.
- With experience in people management, sales, and operations.
- Preferably with at least 1 year worth of experience as Asst. Restaurant Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor from any retail industry.
- Has a strong personality and good leadership skills.
- Will be responsible for category building, sales generation, and day-to-day activity of the entire department.
- Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed.
- Ensures the 100% monitoring of promotional items.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Management: 1 year (Preferred)
