Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer service management
- Category building:
- a. Accountable for category sales achievement
- b. Ensure 100% customer service level
- c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
- d. Safety and sanitation of the category
- e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- f. Bad order management
- g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotions
- h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
- Supervise and monitor the performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, Sales/Marketing/Administration or any
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments
